First Wednesday of each month:
The first SWARC monthly meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the year at the Main Branch of the Public Library of Steubenville & Jefferson County, which is located at the intersection of South Fourth and Slack Streets, in the south end of downtown Steubenville, Ohio. This meeting consists of the monthly SWARC business meeting, and will also have a program, "show-and-tell," or other activity or activities for the benefit, entertainment, and/or education of club members. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM and should last no more than 2 hours since we are required to vacate the library meeting room by 8:00 PM, the library's closing time.

Third Wednesday of each month:
The second SWARC monthly meeting is held on the third Wednesday of each month throughout the year at a local restaurant as chosen by the membership. We currently have not settled on a permanent restaurant for the dinner meetings, but expect to have that finalized in the first half of 2024. In the mean time, check the home page of this www.swarc.net website for the latest announcement on the location, date, and time of the next SWARC Dinner Meeting. Members order and purchase their own meals from the menu. We have a new, later start time of 6:00 PM as was desired by the club's membership in the spring of 2023. The dinner meeting is informal and usually lasts 2 hours or so.
