First Wednesday of each month:
The first SWARC monthly meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the year at the Main Branch of the Public Library of Steubenville & Jefferson County, which is located at the intersection of South Fourth and Slack Streets, in the south end of downtown Steubenville, Ohio. This meeting consists of the monthly SWARC business meeting, and will also have a program, "show-and-tell," or other activity or activities for the benefit, entertainment, and/or education of club members. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM and should last no more than 2 hours since we are required to vacate the library meeting room by 8:00 PM, the library's closing time.

ARRL VE Exam Sessions:
SWARC also administers ARRL VE (Volunteer Examiner) exams quarterly on the first Wednesday of January, April, July, and October at 4:30 PM prior to the business meeting on that same evening. The location is, again, at the Main Branch of the Public Library of Steubenville & Jefferson County, which is located at the intersection of South Fourth and Slack Streets, in the south end of downtown Steubenville, Ohio. Check with the ARRL website, http://www.arrl.org/find-an-amateur-radio-license-exam-session, for dates and times of SWARC ARRL VE exam sessions. See the main page of this website, www.swarc.net, for any announcements specific to a particular upcoming exam session.
Third Wednesday of each month:
The second SWARC monthly meeting is held on the third Wednesday of each month throughout the year at the Eat 'n Park Restaurant, located at the Fort Steuben Mall in the west end of Steubenville, Ohio, accessible via either John Scott Highway or Lovers Lane. We always gather in the restaurant's meeting room at the rear (and to the right) of the main restaurant dining area. Ask the host/hostess for directions of you're unfamiliar with the restaurant. Members order and purchase their own meals from the menu. We have a new, later start time of 6:00 PM starting with the March 15th Dinner Meeting. The dinner meeting is informal and usually lasts 2 hours or so.
